PS. The only difference I've benn able to notice between
the two machines is when I run "ipconfig /all"
the functioning machine shows "IP routing enabled"
and the non-functioning machine is not. Uhmmm....
How did I do that?

I've got two Win 2000 machines that have been networking
and file sharing just fine. Now All of the sudden one of
them cannot even see itself when you browse to my LAN.
When attempting to browse either my "work group" I now
receive an error "Server not configured for transactions".
The other machine can see my work group and browse the non
functioning machine just fine.
I've uninstalled all of the services, protocals, and
file sharing rebooted, reinstalled and can't seem to
correct the problem.
Any help and/or suggestions would be wonderful.

Currently reinstalling sp4. I'll let ya know.
Any ideas on how to correct the functioning machine
shows "IP routing enabled"
and the non-functioning machine is not?

Sometimes a virus can create issues like this. please run
a virus scan, and then install the latest service pack,
even if you have the latest service pack, reinstall it
again.
