Desktop

[SharpNavigator]

When some of my clients log on to their workstations they get a desktop with
a folders Tasks window on the left side of their screen and the normal
desktop to the right of this. Also they get the error: Internet Explorer
cannot find the Active Desktop HTML file..... I have tried many different
solutions recommened via technet and other tech discussion sites. No joy.
Does anyone have this issue and more important a solution.
