InfoTip=Stores your local web site

An .ini file modifies characteristics of whatever it applies to. In this
case the .ini file changes the folder icon from a yellow folder to a folder
with a globe on it. This .ini file is created by FrontPage or Expression
Web to denote the root folder of a FrontPage website or subweb.
