Desktop icon on tool bar

I bought a new laptop with XP pro. I set-up the quick launch function on the
toolbar at the bottom of the desktop, but I am not able to locate the small
"show desktop" icon that usually appear right next to the "start" icon in the
left bottom corner. Any ideas on how I can get that short cut onto the
toolbar? Thanks for any help.

Right click a blank area on the task bar, go to Toolbars then select Quick
Laumch.
