I cant seem to change my background picture, the box with the list of images
is unable to be clicked, as is the browse button, as if its been disabled
somewhere. This is becoming more frustrating than anything else. Any ideas on
how to fix this?

or

Start>Run, and type:
regsvr32 /i shell32
regsvr32 themeui

Reboot the computer.
