Desktop and Quick launch Icon Changing when logging onto MSN

I have personal Icons that I have set up for most of the sites that I visit
on the web. In the last couple of weeks, whenever I log onto MSN it changes
the icon that I used. It makes no difference if it is the Desktop or Quick
launch icon, it will change either one to the MSN butterfly icon. I change it
back and the next time I use it to go to MSN it changes back. Hope someone
can help.
