DeskList (no install)

Desk List is very simple. It creates an icon in the Windows Taskbar.
When you click on the icon, you are presented with a list of the
icons on your desktop (with the exception of My Computer, and one or
two others). If you select one of the menu items, it is the same
as double-clicking on the desktop icon.

The main purpose of this program is to avoid having to minimize or
move windows around when you need to find that icon you placed
on the desktop.

If you don't mind a loss of a bit of taskbar real-estate, do this
_without_ a program by just creating a toolbar of the desktop
(right-click on taskbar, choose TOOLBARS > NEW TOOLBARS ... and browse
to the folder you'd like to become a toolbar). Instant access to your
desktop without needing a whole other program, no install or not. But
if that's too much space having the word "desktop" on your taskbar,
then a program such as this is good. Cheers. :blush:D
