Deskjet 722c

I have just upgraded to XP and now my HP Deskjet 722c
won't work. I keep geeting an error message. I have
gone through the troubleshooting bit and still nothing.
I tried the updates on HP but said I was up to date. The
printer is online, and I have reset it too. It is the
default and it shows as the only printer in the printers
area. Any suggestions?

Follow Cari's advice, then go to hp.com and look for XP driver. You
won't find an XP driver, but you will find installation instructions to
install the 722 driver provided by Win XP.

| If you left the printer connected during the upgrade the drivers are
| corrupted. You must do a complete uninstall and then reinstall.
