Deployment - funny looking short cut

The short cuts my windows installer made for the Start
and the Desktop look different than standard shortcuts.

The Target in the shortcut file properties is greyed out
and shows the name of the Visual Studio solution rather
than the path and filename of the executable the short
cut links to to start.

The shortcut works OK but why the strange Target??

Because untill the solution is deployed the shortcut does not know the absolute path to the file for
which it is a shortcut.
