Deploying Windows XP Images

Hello

can anyone help me with deploying Xp Images??

What is the best/easiest way to deploy Windows XP SP3 Images (with a lot of
external software) ??

If i do this in the general way with the WDS Server, I have to make for
every PC (HAL) one Image... this would be very hard to realize...

is there another way to do this??

I've read about 2 different types of Hardware - Multi or Uni Prozessor....

Is it possible to create 2 Images (one Multi and one Uni), which I can
deploy on lots of different PCs`??

I even can't find a goot Walkthrough for that...

maybe u can help me.

Thanks for the link, but this is very very complicated...

Even if I want to install neu software, it seems to me, that i have to use
msi-packages...

Maybe it's the best way for me, to capture an image for every kind of
Hardware-Modell....

but this isn't really what i wantet... ;(

Well, its not that complicated... there are some pretty good
quickstart gudies that will help you going with MDT 2008.

If you are going to spend days with creating (and maintaining) images
for each model, you might as well spend them learning a deployment
solution that allows you to have only one image.

There are also MDT 2008 trainings to attend, check my blog for links.
