Dependant Dropdown List - Help Pls!

Hi

I have been trying to create dependant lists and I just can't seem to
figure out which is the best route, any help appreciated:

The sheet named "Part Data" contains 3 columns titled as follows:

A1 = "Manufacturer"
B1 = "Description"
C1 = "Part"

I have named these columns the same titles. This is also sorted by a
macro on Manufacturer AtoZ if user adds a new product.

On a seperate worksheet titled "FORM FILLER O&M CDM" I have
Manufacturer1, Description1, Part1, Manufacturer2, Description2 etc
etc running along the second row (CL2, CM2, CN2....etc etc). This
needs to be in this format as the excel sheet is filled out which
links to a word file by mail merge for documentaiton.

I would like the user to be able to use FORM FILLER O&M CDM sheet to
be able to select "Manufacturer" and this then filters out the
"Description" and this then filters only the applicable "Part"

At the moment the drop down list is linking by define name for
"Manufacturer" but it shows duplicates of the same name, I only want
it to be able to show one copy if the same name is repeated.

I am struggling to link the other 2 criteria with this selection - so
not got 2 far really.
