denied access to mailbox in outlook

Hello,

We're running exchange 2000 server. All users use outlook
as default mail client. One user is not able to access her
mailbox from her PC. I verified in Active Directory,
within the Exchange Advanced tab, that she has the read
permission and the full mailbox access permission.

When she attempts to open outlook, the message is: "Unable
to open your default e-mail folders. You do not have
permission to log on."

Not sure where else to check.

thanx

is her domain name log-in the same as her mail box log in? (clutching at
straws on that one!)
