Dell 3100cn cleaning pad

Is there anyone in this vast expanse of a Universe that can help me...????

I am trying to obtain a new cleaning pad for the Dell 3100cn laser-jet printer. You might reply, 'contact Dell sales or customer service'. Well to be polite, they were useless.
After being passed from pillar to post, I was eventually told, 'sorry, we don't know where to get them from'. I mean, Dell not knowing how to get the consumable parts required for their own products..!!!!

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

What you need is a Printer/Repair/Service Co., in your area ... they will know exactly what you are looking for ... I do anyway.

What was your solution

In your post dated 27-10-2006 you stated you had solved the problem. Please tell me what you did or where you found the cleaning pad. I also have a Dell 3100CN and need a new pad.
