Dell 2350 Motherboard PCI 2.2 compliant?

Hi all,

I have a Dell Dimension 2350 desktop that I just got a Radeon 9200 SE
video card for. I put the card in the computer and it won't even
boot up. After contacting the ATI manufacturer, they said I should
check to see if the motherboard is PCI 2.2 compliant (or above). All
I can get off the motherboard as far as manufacturer and possibly
part number is Bluford E139765. Anybody have any idea if that
motherboard is PCI 2.2 or better? It's a Pentium IV (2.2 GHz).
