Deleting Temporary Internet files for all users

I know there is a setting under IE that can be set for the logged in user to
delete temporary Internet files when exiting, but I am wondering if there is
a way to apply this once and then to any one who would log into a PC with a
differnet profile. Instead of manually applying this through th IE\Internet
Options\Advenced settings. I also have looked at Gpedit and local securtiy
policy to approach this from XP and profiles.
I am hopeful there is a setting I have overlooked or possibly a registry
setting that I can change to do this.

Hi,
Run a login script.
The registry key is:
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\Cache

If the DWORD Value "Persistent" is 1, the cache is not cleared.
If the DWORD Value "Persistent" is 0, the cache is cleared.

Hope this helps,
Don
