I have Windows XP home. Some time ago I downloaded Easy
Office Freeware. Recently I decided to remove it from my
computer which I did via Add/Remove programs. The problem
is that it still exists in the computer and when I try to
remove it again it has a popup which says.."Install
Shield R has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Sorry for any inconvenience"

Can any one please tell me how I can eliminate this
program completely from my computer?

Do it manually. Delete the files for the program and the folders where
you installed the application to. Then run REGEDIT.EXE and scan the
Registry for the name of the program or for the path to the install
folder. Delete all leftovers as well.
