Deleting programs XPHome SP2

I had downloaded 2 programs, spybot and keyhole. I
deleted both in add/remove programs. There still remains an 18MB Spybot
folder and 179MB keyhole folder under the following addresses:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Spybot-Search&Destroy
C:\Documents and Settings\L\Application Data\Keyhole
Why would 207MB remain on my computer? Should I delete these?
