Deleting long HTML file names from IE TMP directory

In Windows XP, I am moving users from one system to
another on my home machines and trying to delete the old
files. In the "User"\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\ are some temporary directories. In
these directories are some HTML files with extremly long
file names. They begin with either Network=... or Type%
3...

Here is an example:
Network=ugo&size=728x90&adtype=over&affiliate=videogamenet
work&suba-supercheats&channel=games%
subchannel=xbox&category=cheats&PT=hp&CR=ti&pez=tic[1].htm

When I right click on these, delete is not an option, and
nothing happens when I press the delete key.

Any ideas?

Thanks
..

Fran,
You're going about it the wrong way ......
First there is no need to delete individual files in the cache folders.

If you insist in doing it that way, go thru IE | Internet Options | Settings
| View Files
Note: you need to be logged on as that user to do the above ...
