Deleting Forum Passwords

hiya everyone

just a quick message
ive been using a laptop its going back to its owner soon

i dont mind the url history i know how to get rid of this neways

im a member of some forums including HERE
where do i have to click on in internet explorer so that when the page is viewed im not logged in? ie it asks fdor an id!

does that make sense!?
