Deleting files

Outlook gives an error message saying it is full. Usind Shift + Del. Does not
work as suggested in the error message. High lighting and selecting delet
brings up the warning mesage, How do I work around this? I need to delete
many duplicate messages.

What does the "full" message say? And selecting delete "brings up the
warning message." What warning message? Also, what version of Outlook are
you running?
