Deleting duplicate e-mail messages

At some point in time my e-mail archive has archived two sets of e-mails. So
now I have duplicates of all the archived e-mails. Is there a way to delete
duplicate messages?

You can do it manually by selecting the duplicates and pressing Delete, or
you can purchase a tool like http://www.softaward.com/6141.html
