deleting cache

I have worked offline, now when navigating online and pressing the
back-button, I get the old page stored in the cache instead of the actual
page from the net. To get this last one, I have to push the
actualize-button.
I have deleted the temporary files, but the cache pages seems to be stored
elsewhere.
How can I solve that problem?

"How to clear the History entries in Internet Explorer".

"How to Delete the Contents of the Temporary Internet Files Folder".

Try also...
CCleaner (freeware), from http://www.ccleaner.com/
About CCleaner, courtesy of Sandi Hardmeier - Microsoft MVP: "Be very very
VERY careful with CCleaner. We are seeing a lot of problems with that
software removing hotfix data making it impossible to uninstall IE7 and any
other hotfix/update."

And...
Free History Eraser (deletes also index.dat files):

The History folder can be deleted manually:

Go to Clean Up Center:
http://safety.live.com/site/en-US/center/cleanup.htm
Clic on "Clean Up Scan".

Then set your IE cache (TIF folder size) at about 50/60 mb.
