deleting and replacing virus corrupted files

McAfee VirusScan is asking me to delete a file and replace
it. It is infected with Downloader-EV virus.

Infected File:
Documents and Settings\Jimmy.JIMMY-ZOV7F8LHW\Application
Data\emca\!update.0000\!update.0000\0020400.exe

In Windows XP, I look in windows explorer and am able to
find C:\Documents and Settings\Jimmy.JIMMY-ZOV7F8LHW
folder but the particular file above does not show.

Could you show me how to locate this file for deletion,
and how I go about replacing it. Thanks.

By default, the Application Data folder is hidden. In Explorer, go to
Tools\Folder Options. Click the View tab, and select "Show hidden files and
folders"
