Deleting a User from Active Directory

Darren

I have deleted a few users from Active Directory. I then
added the users back to AD using the same name and login
account. I then started to get slow logoffs and error in
the event log saying acces denied when copying the user
profile. This is for Terminal services and it happens on
multiple TS. Please see post subject:"Slow Logoff in for
Terminal Service".

I am thinking that deleting these users has something to
do with this problem because it started to happen at that
time.

Does anyone know how to remove a user completley from
AD. I know to do this in AD for DC, you have to do a
bunch of stuff with seizing the schema and other things.
Is this the same thing. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

AD is not your problem, the profile is, the SID of the old
user is still attributed to it, thus you are getting
access denied even though the name is good. Remove the
user from the permissions of the profile, then add it
again.
