Hi,
I have a problem with my pc. I think i have deleted wbem folder by
mistake while running virus scanner. Now my computer is not working.
When every i tried to run it after a bios bar it shows blue screen
with the error " c:/winnt/system32/wbem " is missing or not found and
after few seconds computer kept re-starting again and again. I can't
run it on safe mode or can't even open window or anything. I don't
know how to fix it and need help for it.
Thanks

If you dragged it to the trash but didn't empty the trash, you might be
able to boot from a stand-alone Windows CD like "Ultimate Boot CD for
Windows" and drag it back out of the trash.

Apparently "c:/winnt/system32/wbem" is part of a program called "Cygwin"
which provides a Unix like command prompt (or belongs to some crossplatform
type app.) You should be able to boot into Safe Mode and delete the program
in Add/Remove Programs.

Do a repair install of XP (aka in place upgrade).
