Deleted "music" folder, can't take ownership of replacement.

Hi,

When I redirected my Users/Music folder to an external hard drive in Vista,
a second item named "Music" showed up. One was the old one, paralleled in
Users/MYNAME, the other is the link I set up. Stupidly, I tried to delete the
old one which I didn't need instead of simply setting it to hidden. Windows
immediately replaced it with a folder (also called "Music") which I have
absolutely ZERO access to. No matter if I use my Admin-Type account or the
re-activated "Administrator" account, the "security" tab shows the message
"The requested security information is either unavaliable or can't be
displayed"
instead of its usual content. Thus I can't take ownership or
do anything else to the folder.

I was quite puzzeled that even for the "Administrator" user there are
apparently areas that are complelely inaccessible. Also I was surprised that
Vista replaces deleted items in the User-directories with completely useless
file-monsters that cannot be deleted. This seems to be a bug.

Can I restore my old "Music" folder somehow, or take ownership of the buggy
replacement?
