you can try an undelete utility, like Recuva http://www.piriform.com/recuva
but the more you use your computer, the less likely recovery is.
Look for .eml files
A better solution would be to have a backup of your data that you can
recover from, but of course it is too late for that this time. Prepare
yourself by getting a backup program and ensuring it is set up. If you need
help with that, don't ask here; there are other places where you can get
much more help with subjects such as backup programs.
Try a tool called Advanced Outlook Repair. It can help to undelete the
emails you delete by mistake. You can download a free demo version at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/aor.exe .
