Delete Record trouble

Hello, I have a form with a sub-form in it. The subform has a list of
employees. I want it so you can delete an enployees name from the subform
list. I have the properties set of the subform set to record selectors (Yes),
Allow deletions (Yes) but it will let me select the employees row and give
the little arrow pointing to it on the left but wont give me the list so I
can cut it to delet it? Is there a property setting im missing? Thanks!!

Can't you go to the delete record option on the edit pulldown menu?

What list are you expecting?

I used the =1 in the menu properties so it doesnt show the file, edit, view
ect at the top of the window... The list im expecting would say cut, copy,
paste, properties.

When you right-click do you get any menu at all? If not go to the form
properties. On the "other" tab there is a property for shortcut menu. It
should be "yes"

It does say yes and no I dont get anything when right clicked on? I cant

Go to the customise option on the tools menu and then go to the "commands"
tab. Check to see if there are any new menus in the list. That is the only
other thing I can think of. If you have created the database yourself then I
assume there should be no customised menus.
