Delete multipile e-mail profiles all at once

Is there a way to delete multiple e-mail profiles all at once? I have a
user, XP Pro SP2 with Office 2003 SP2, that for some strange reason all of a
sudden has 100's of temporary e-mail profiles on his system. The profiles
are named "temp-profile XXXXXXXX" where x is a set of random numbers. I've
scanned the system for malware and viruses and it is clean. I was attempting
to delete the temp profiles in the normal fashion but after 30 minutes of
that I wondered if there was an easier way. I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling the entire Office suite but that did not work. Please help!

Found them and deleted them. Any ideas on how they might have been created?

I've seen programs like Exmerge and OWA (under Exchange 5.5) create temp
profiles. I'm sure there are other things that could do it if the
workstation is processing exchange administrative tasks.
