Delete Junkmail Forever

I want to be able to purge the Junkmail folder (ie, delete the messages
forever).

I do not want them sent to my Delete Items folder, where they will sit, be
archived, and always kept. And I do not want to have to go to the Deleted
Items folder to delete them a second time (this time permanently).

I should be able to do this peremantely from the Junk Mail folder.
Otherwise, there's no purpose to the folder other than tell me I have junk
mail, which would already know.

Open the Junk E-mail folder, select all the messages, and press Shift-Delete
to permanently delete them, just like you permanently delete anything in
Outlook. Alternatively, enable the "permanently delete" option in the Junk
E-mail options. Actions>Junk E-mail>Junk E-mail Options>Permanently
delete...
