delete files in recycler folder

There is a file named S-1-5-21-1214440339-152049171-1957994488-1003 in the recycler folder that won't delete because it is in use. I have colsed all programs, restarted in safe mode and it still doesn't delete. I am the only user of the computer.
Is this file a worm, virus, trojan horse or begnin. What does it do if anything?
