delete an Emai in delete box.

I had an Email in my delete box and i could not delete that always gave me
restart outlook if the problem persist. I have done it several times still
dose it. then I tried to find the problem in outlook and it tellss me there
is no problem. also i tried to repair and reboot still dose the samething.
can any one help me please?

How are you trying to delete it? Have you tried right-clicking on the email
and scrolling to delete?

thanks for getting back with me i used delete botton and right click
everytime would not let me , now i can not open my delete box and it give me
the same massage to close outlook and reopen.

What version of Outlook are you using?

Have you tried the repair tool scanpst.exe? Do a file/folder search for it.
When located, double-click it and follow the instructions. It will require
you know where your PST file is located. The exact location depends upon your
O/S.
