delete a design template

I have too many design templates in PowerPoint. How can I delete a design
template from the Design task pane?

"user added" templates are usualy stored in
C:\Documents and Settings\your name\application data\microsoft\templates

Original templates (2003) are usually in

C:\program files\microsoft office\templates\presentation designs
(or similar for other versions)
