Delegation of AD control and modification of surname

I am trying to delegate limited administration functions to our support team.
I have found the read/write options for modifying first name, middle name,
initials, but no surname. I can't find the one for allowing a login script to
be entered either. I know these are available in 2003 AD, but it would
surprise me if they can't be done in 2000 as well.

Can anyone help?

for the surname you should look at the sn attribute and for the
loginscript you should at the scriptpath attribute
