There is an assistant who is set up as a delegate to her
boss. Whenever he receives an appointment or email, she
receives the same appointment or email in her inbox, even
though she is not a recipient on the original appointment
or email. There are no rules set forwarding email or
appointments to her.

How can I fix this so that she will not receive his
appointments and mail??

Thanks,
Joseph

Check his delegates tab In the Options Menu. Does it show that she should
be getting his/her appointment items? Is she a BCC on the mail items?

She is not a BCC on any of these appointments. She is set
as Editor within her boss' delegates tab, but no
forwarding is set for her to receive them.
