Delegates Accept Meeting Request - Delete out of managers Inbox?

Looking for a "delegate" option such as the one below:
Tools | Options | E-mail Options | Advanced E-mail options | "Delete meeting
request from Inbox when responding". Is there a way to make it such that when
a delegate accepts a meeting request on behalf of "say their manager", it
deletes the meeting request from their manager's Inbox as well, and not just
the delegates?

Is this by design that it does not? Possibly so the manager has a chance to
"see" that a meeting was requested without having to look at their calendar.
When opening it up, it does state that it was accepted by their delegate,
however it is causing some concerns because the delegate AND manager can
accept the meeting request, causing dups on the calendar.
