Delayed Sent Message

In order for a delayed sent message to be sent, do you
have to be logged into Outlook? Or if you are logged off
and your computer is off, will the delayed message still
go?

It depends. If you're using an Exchange server (and are *not* using cached
mode in Outlook 2003), the mail will be sent even if your computer is off.
Otherwise, you will need to leave Outlook running for the message to be
sent.
