I am having a perplexing problem with one of our users mailboxes. She
receives incoming e-Mail messages on her BlackBerry (through our Exchange
server), but does not receive the same incoming messages in her Outlook Inbox
until she clicks on something else in her Outlook folder. They seem to be
hung-up in limbo.
She is directly connected to our LAn & Exchange server (not a remote
employee).
Any ideas?
