Delayed Auto Login possible?

Dear All,

I'm wanting to use Tweakui on a computer on a Domain, but the wireless
network card takes a few seconds to find the Wireless Access point, so
TweakUI tried to logon, and then Windows tells me it is unable to logon to
the network...

Is there anyways to delay the auto logon to allow the machines network card
to be connected, and then it logs in?

Regards
Paul.

Sounds like a corporate network to me. You may run into deep trouble
since bypassing the authentication at logon is a severe security issue.

Nope, not a corporate network, just a home network,

Well, there are not many valid reasons for setting up a domain–based home
network. Try the following in this case:

Start > Run: GPEDIT.MSC (WinXP Pro required)
Computer Configuration > Administrative Tools > System > Logon > Wait for
the network at logon and restart (translated on-the-fly) > activate.

Because I wanted to test out domains, and I had a bit of money burning a
whole in my pocket ....nothing wrong with that is there?

I've applied the GPO, but the machine under the microscope is busy doing
something at the mo, so I'll test it when I have to reset the machine.

Thanks for the advice.
