Delay Program not responding '

Hi,
My fingers are kind of slow, so when I choose to restart the computer, it
asks me if I want to save changes to my open files. It gives me 5 seconds,
then it gives me the ' program not responding ' window. I wondered how to
set the delay view for it before it thinks the program is not responding.
Can anyone help with this?

Hi Gus:

There is no selectable delay. Save all open files and close your
programs before you close Windows. That's the correct way to shut down a
computer.
