Delay in windows toolbar

I am using a windows toolbar on my desktop with icons from my computer and a
toolbar with some icons for various application. When I run MSAS with real
time protection on, there is a delay of about a second between clicking the
icon and the startup of the program. The icon looks like it is being cliked
during this time. When I disable the realtime protection this problem is
solved. The problem doesn't show up immediately after bootup, only after
opening the MSAS window for the first time.

So, you have obviously proven there is a conflict between your Windows
toolbar and MSAS. Question: Is this a custom made tool bar, or is it a
specific application used to integrate with Windows, like a toolbar suite
for example?

The best you can do in this case is to uninstall MSAS and wait until a more
stable build or beta 2 arrives.

It is a standard Windows toolbar. The kind you get when you drag My Computer
to the edge of the screen.
