DEFRAGMENTING ISSUE

I defragmented my hard drive and have a lot of files that cannot be
defragged. The report indicates: Fragments File Size Files that
cannot be defragmented 2,826 16.17 GB \Documents and
Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Temp\GLC4A.tmp. I have 36% free space
left. I this a problem? If so, how can I free up this file to defrag or
whatever is the best solution.

You should run Disk Cleanup and delete both Temporary files and
Temporary Internet Files before running Defrag.

Good luck
