Defragmenter missing from accessories

I can still right click on the c:drive, go to properties,
tools, and defragment...however when I click start,
accessories, system tools, disk defragmenter is not there
anymore...strange! Anyone know why that happened, and how
to restore it?

You probably accidentally deleted the shortcut.

Create a shortcut to
%SystemRoot%\System32\dfrg.msc
