Defrag aways the same message

When I run the Disk Defragmenter in the fishined I aways receive the same
message: " Your file system performance can be improved, It is recommended
that you defragment now".

Have you tried to run defrag from Safe Mode with Command Prompt?

(In the command window, type: defrag /? for options.)
