Definition of SYmbols used in Outlook

Is there a document or help file that explains the Icon in the Inbox
or sent items folders.
There is one in particular that I cannot decipher. In the sent items
folder this icon looks like a checklist.

The mail I send has no difference to other mail that I am aware of yet
it has this icon instead of an open envelope.

Any idea where I can find this info?

It means that you have enabled tracking on that item and there is tracking
information available on that item like read receipt information.
