Define folders for Activities

J

Jennifer

I have a shared contact listing with a shared journal and
when I try to view the Activities in the shared contact
listing on a particular entry I am given the following
message:
"No folders are defined for the Activities Tab of contacts
in this contact folder. Right-click on the contact
folder, and then click properties. On the Activities Tab,
set the folders that should be searched for items
associated with this contact"
How do I do I define folders ?

Thank you..

The instructions are in the message -- starting with "right-click on the contact folder"? The folders whose activities you want to view will need to be accessible through the Folder List.

Did you also change the default activities group? Which activities group gives you the message? What a folders are defined for it?
