Default Window Sizes

How can I change the default window size from 800X600 to a larger size when
opening Documents, Control Panel, etc. I have "Remember each folder veiw
setting" checked and will not stick.

folder veiw setting" checked and will not stick.

Drag the window to the desired size then hold shift down and click the
red cross to close the window. Next time you open it should be the new size.

Well how about that! Thanks for the tip, I tried holding the Ctrl key down
but not the Shift Key.
