Default view for new Sent Items folders

I am using Outlook 2003. Every month I create a new subfolder in the
Sent Items folder (under Personal Folders) for the previous month. I
move all my sent items from the previous month into that folder.

Is there a way to make "Sent to" the default view for all new
subfolders of the Sent Items folder? Instead of the default for any new
mail folder being the "Message" view?

I can easily change it each time create the folder, but it would be
great if I could just set it as the default. Also, changing the message
view does not help because that changes all of my mail folders not just
those subfolders of Sent Items.

Thanks!

No. Only the Sent Items folder has any significance and it will have the
Sent To view as its default view. Subfolders, however, are no different
than any other mail folder and will have the Message view as the default.
Outlook does not care at all that they are subfolders of Sent Items.
