default user

After install W2K I am able to access as administrator and
as user created too.But when a log on an error message
comes up telling me that "c:\documents and Setting\default
user can not be copy to C:\documents and Setting\%
admin. or user name\".So everytime I log on a new user or
admin. folder is created on Documents and Setting.What is
wrong?
