As you can see, my 'name' is
Bruin, Matthijs de (2046385)
You probably don't care but I do. the name Outlook uses as 'my name'
when posting messages, is the name given to me by the academy where I
study. I'm connected (some times) to their network via a VPN connection,
which gives me the ability to read my exchange mail. However, this
exchange account is not my preferred e-mail account. I use Oulook to
manage my other two email accounts without a glitch, sending messages
under the name "Matthijs de Bruin". which looks a lot nicer.
I would really like to know if there is a way to force Outlook to use
the 'sender name' of my default email account and not that of my
tertiary exchange account.
PS. An added irritation is, that whenever I am not connect to the
academy network, my 'sender name' is some sort of URL, probably used to
retrieve my 'name'.
Any help would be welcome,
Thanks a lot in advance,
Bruin, de, 204 Mat, ijs, th, something.
